Simon Kim is a designated Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) with a strong background in real estate profession. Starting his career in 2005 as a valuation technician at Farm Credit Canada (FCC), Simon has built a broad portfolio in British Columbia and Alberta. He has worked with esteemed firms like FCC, Macdonald Copeland Appraisals, NLD Appraisals, and Moximo Appraisals, proving his expertise in appraising various types of residential properties, including new constructions, high-end properties, and acreage properties.

Dedicated to improving his professionalism, Simon has pursued a variety of educational opportunities. He's completed appraisal courses at the University of British Columbia (UBC), as well as specialized programs in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management at Cornell University, and IC&I (Industrial, Commercial, and Investment) Full Member courses. Further, he completed additional valuation courses at UBC, such as Hotel Valuation and Business Valuation.
